Little Majlis - Character Cushion Arabian Fox - Pink

This sweet little character cushion is made from 100% unbleached recyclable cotton fabric Little Majlis' latest Arabian fox' design is silk screen printed by hand on the front in a pink colour. The back of the cushion has a sadu pattern (Arabian traditional weaving) design silk screen printed in grey. Al-Sadu is a traditional weaving technique of the United Arab Emirates and is central to Bedouin culture. Because of Al-Sadu's significance, it was inscribed in 2011 on the UNESCO List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding. Common motifs include geometric patterns evocative of the region's undulating grasslands, sand dunes and the waves of the Arabian Gulf. The cushion is filled with 100% new polyester stuffing. The seam is stitched closed and the fabric can be gently spot cleaned if required.
