Jarrow Formulas B-Right B complex is a carefully balanced, low-odor vitamin B-complex formula featuring the benefits of methyl folate, methylcobalamin, pantethine, and pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P-5-P). Jarrow Formulas B complex features methyl folate, the most biologically active form of folate, plus methylcobalamin & niacin, which support brain & nerve tissue. Methylcobalamin is better absorbed & retained than other forms of B12.

Pantethine is a precursor to Coenzyme A (CoA), which is necessary for energy production and normal red blood cell function. P-5-P is necessary for the energy metabolism of proteins & amino acids. Jarrow Formulas B complex capsule delivers methylcobalamin B12, pantethine, and P-5-P. Our formula contains no wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts.

Methylcobalamin and niacin support brain and nerve tissue. Pantethine is a derivative of vitamin B5 and is a precursor to Coenzyme A (CoA), which is involved in oxidative metabolism.

Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P-5-P) is the coenzyme form of vitamin B6 and is necessary for the metabolism of proteins and amino acids. B vitamins play an important role in the body, including energy metabolism and stress management.
