Jarrow Formulas B-Right B complex is a carefully balanced, low-odor vitamin B-complex formula featuring the benefits of methyl folate, methylcobalamin, pantethine, and pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P-5-P). Jarrow Formulas B complex features methyl folate, the most biologically active form of folate, plus methylcobalamin & niacin, which support brain & nerve tissue. Methylcobalamin is better absorbed & retained than other forms of B12.

Pantethine is a precursor to Coenzyme A (CoA), which is necessary for energy production and normal red blood cell function. P-5-P is necessary for the energy metabolism of proteins & amino acids. Jarrow Formulas B complex capsule delivers methylcobalamin B12, pantethine, and P-5-P. Our formula contains no wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts.

Jarrow Formulas B-right is a carefully balanced, low-odor vitamin B-Complex formula. Methyl folate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate or (6S)-5-MTHF) is the most biologically active form of folate. Quatrefolic is the 4th generation development in folate delivery. Methylcobalamin is better absorbed, retained, and utilized than other forms of B12. Methylcobalamin and niacin support brain and nerve tissue. Pantethine is a derivative of vitamin B5 and is a precursor to Coenzyme A (CoA), which is involved in oxidative metabolism.

Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P-5-P) is the coenzyme form of vitamin B6 and is necessary for the metabolism of proteins and amino acids. B vitamins play an important role in the body, including energy metabolism and stress management. B-Right is an optimized, low-odor B-Complex formula that includes efficiently utilized forms of vitamins B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B5 (pantethine), B6 (P-5-P), B12 (methylcobalamin), and B9 (methyl folate).
