The company PAN DUCALE, for its organic production, adopts the production method in conformity as for established by Regulation: CEE 2092/91, and is certified by the Istituto certificazione etica ed ambientale (ICEA). Pan Ducale uses an antique recipe of the family: they are first cooked then cut and passed again in the oven until they are crunchy and golden brown. Pan Ducale still uses the old method of artisan manufacturing and only the best of fresh ingredients
