When the elderflower blossoms everywhere in spring, it can be found more and more frequently as an excellent ingredient for delicious drinks and food. Based on selected premium organic elderberry, we have developed a recipe for a wonderfully fruity syrup, which is free of artificial flavours, colours and preservatives. Our Organic Elderflower Syrup is perfect for cocktails and many varieties of zesty summer drinks - for example, as a special ingredient for a "Hugo" in a class of its own!
